Scope of work:
— Justification of the possibility of providing a land plot for the implementation of a strategic investment project for the construction of a Multifunctional hotel complex (MFG) and coordination of the possibility with the city.
— Organization of the signing at MIPIM-2019 of an agreement with the city of St. Petersburg of a strategic investment project for construction.
— Conducting a survey of a land plot and preparing a report on the condition of a land plot.
— Preparation of the necessary package of documents for sending an appeal to the Investment Committee of the Government of St. Petersburg for an examination in order to assign the strategic status to the Project (Justification of the project, financial model of the project, etc.).
— Accompanying the process of the Expertise of the investment project.
— Legal support in the preparation of the draft Resolution of the Government of St. Petersburg on assigning the strategic status to the Project and approval of the Resolution by the Government of St. Petersburg.
— Legal support in the procedure for concluding a lease agreement for a Land plot for the purpose of implementing the Project.
— Legal support in the procedure for concluding an Agreement with St. Petersburg on control over the implementation of a strategic investment project in St. Petersburg.
